A tribute to planting seeds of gratitude and an uplifting introduction to inspirational Black women in history.
For many of us, we have standout picture books from our childhood that have passed down from generations. It’s a joy to unlock four new children’s titles – live at DBF! Join authors Deborah Wiles and Jorge Redmond for high-energy performances of their children’s picture books.
The panel discussion will be held on Saturday, October 5th at 11:15 AM at the Children & Young Adult Stage in the Lower Level of the First Baptist Church of Decatur. Following the panel, authors will proceed to signing tables to autograph books.
Purchase your book from Little Shop of Stories via this link, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the festival.
